I have always wanted to paint lotus blossoms, since they symbolize heavenly flowers.  Yet...I was never able to capture their beauty on canvas.  Early one morning, as I was waiting to sketch the lotus flowers blooming, I was finally rewarded and grasped the moment… at last!  Time passed as I lost myself in their natural beauty and found inner peace and tranquility.
